This revolver was the most popular handgun in the “Old West”. Also known as the “Peacemaker”, this particular firearm is an extremely famous piece of Americana. It was proudly carried by military personnel, lawmen, outlaws, ranchers and cowboys alike. The Colt SAA was originally issued to the U.S. Cavalry, with an overall length of 13 inches, including a 7 1/2 inch barrel. This handgun was present during ma ny historic times in our nations history, including, “Custer’s Last Stand” at the Battle of the Little Bighorn, Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, here in our very own Tombstone, AZ, Teddy Roosevelt’s “Rough Rider’s” during the Spanish-American War and in 1916, by then 2nd Lieutenant George S.Patton, where he led the first American motorized military action, during the “Pancho Villa Expedition”. George S. Patton, who eventually attained the rank of 4-star general, during World War II, owned the same custom-made ivory-handled Colt Single Action Army Revolver from 1916 until his death in 1945. Show your Arizona pride, by carrying a pair of “Peacemakers”, of your own, on your vehicle window, with this great decal. And just like here, in Arizona, you don’t even need a permit.
